·      Kelly was born on November 23, 1979 to Sandra Parsons, a cook, and Kenneth Parsons, a scaffolder. She has an older half-sister, Sasha and a younger brother, Damian.

·      Kelly attended the ‘Thomas Aveling School’ in Warren Wood, Rochester. She then went to the ‘Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts’ in London for three years, before becoming a professional model.
